The Olive Garden “Harbour” apartment is situated in a beautiful location in the bay of Katapola. This 2-room apartment offers quality accommodation with breathtaking views to the sea, for 2 to 4 guests. Katapola, one of the most beautiful remaining fishermen villages is situated in a well protected bay sheltered from the winds, making it an ideal all-year round destination. Our first and top floor apartment is located in a private piece of land officially certified as an organic agricultural olive grove.

This location provides privacy, peace and quiet, yet is just a few minutes walk (250m) from the port of Katapola (the beaches, the ferry boats, the local mini markets, the cafes, the restaurants etc). Renovated in 2018 by 'Amorgos Architects', the innovative and creative team has managed to combine traditional Cycladic architecture with the best comfort for your holidays. The office happens to be the only neighbour, next door. Stone floors are prevalent throughout this quality accommodation with ‘minimal’ interior design. The apartment consists of a spacious open plan room where the kitchen area is connected to the main living room. Recreational equipment such as a satellite TV and a usb/cd player, hi-fi can be found in this room, where a sofa turns easily into a comfortable bed of 140x200 cm.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, a fridge/ deep freezer and a dish-washer, all for our guests’ convenience. A coffee maker, an espresso machine (nespresso), a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker and other utensils and crockery are provided for all your needs. In the second room or main bedroom you will find a king size bed with top quality mattress ("Coco-Mat" handcrafted with natural materials) offering you a relaxing sound sleep and rest. Overhead fans and a/c (for both cooling and heating) can be found in the bedroom and the living room for the hotter days of the year. Whereas for the winter months, extra heating panels (bedroom, bathroom and living room) create a cozy warm atmosphere.

Outdoors, our visitors can enjoy the sea breeze and the warm glowing colours of the sunset, on a large comfortable veranda which looks out to the sea in the West and the hills in the South. This veranda comes with a built-in sofa and seating area making it a relaxing outdoor lounge / dining area where guests can enjoy the amazing view of the bay of Katapola, to the West, and Mountoulia mountain to the South, with its slopes of vineyards and cultivated plots of land. On top of this majestic mountain lies the beautiful archeological site of 'Minoa' which can be reached by sigh posted footpath.
